Career Coaching

Mastery, Relevance, Success

CareerKwest USA's "Career Coaching" initiative allows individuals to begin working towards the 10,000 hours of practical experience required for mastery of their chosen profession. Career Coaching participation increases knowledge of public and private-sector occupations and enhances one's academic experience by facilitating "project-based learning" beyond the classroom. Additionally, for individuals unsure of their career direction, our Career Coaching serves as an excellent "Gap Semester or Gap Year" opportunity before making a very important career pathway decision. Without a doubt, the real-world experience gained and professional networks forged as a Career Coaching member, give our participants the "competitive advantage" necessary to secure premiere education, training, and/or career opportunities worldwide.

Preparing Success

Our Career Coaching participants have the opportunity to help solve "real world"problems globally. Acquiring hands-on experience by tackling challenges that face our world in the 21st Century is extremely valuable. Our Career Coaching provides opportunities for individuals to obtain practical experience in a safe, learner-centric environment. Coaching members enter a particular career track based upon their unique career interests where they can obtain professional skills and tacit knowledge that academic courses alone cannot provide. Many of our Coaching project-based opportunities arise through ongoing CareerKwest USA research and operational requirements commissioned by our clients in both the public and private sector. These projects are often conducted in concert with government, corporate, and/or non-profit organizations, allowing our members to develop an extremely valuable personal and professional networks.
